On World Dumpling Day, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and Art Toronto invite you to experience dumplings as both a culinary and cultural art form.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Toronto food lovers can head to Dim Sum King for freshly prepared dumplings that showcase Hong Kong’s globally renowned food culture.

🎨 Art Meets Food
The celebration continues at Art Toronto 2025 (Oct. 23–26), where artist Karen Tam will debut a site-specific 20’x20’ installation commissioned by HKTB. Her immersive work reimagines a nostalgic Chinatown curio shop, exploring themes of memory, migration, and Hong Kong’s cultural crossroads.
